Multi-event apps

Your app can have multiple events under one 'container' environment. This FAQ page answers any common questions you might have surrounding multi-event applications.

How can an Event Manager switch environments?

On the main container app:

  1. Hover over the settings tab.

  2. Click on 'App settings'. โ€‹

  3. Select 'Container' from the left hand menu. โ€‹

  4. Next to 'Master only: Allow customer to switch events', choose 'Yes, allow admins to easily switch between events' from the drop down menu.

  5. Click on 'Save changes'.

So long as the admins are logged in with identical credentials (E-mail address and registration code), they'll now be able to switch between admin panels.

What if the Event Managers don't have the same registration code?

On the main container app:

  1. Hover over the container tab.

  2. Click on 'Users'. โ€‹

  3. Copy the code under the 'Password' heading.

Now go to the baby environment the Event Manager is an admin for, then:

  1. Hover over the users tab.

  2. Click on 'All users'. โ€‹

  3. Click onnext to your Event Manager.

  4. Paste the previously copied code from the container app, into the 'Activation code' field.

Reminder: Don't forget to save your changes after editing your event managers activation code!
