๐Ÿ“บ Programmes

Programme items are the content that make up the schedule for your event, for example talks and keynote speeches. This article breaks down how to add/edit/delete programme items and more.

The home page

To find the programmes feature within the admin panel, hover over the content tab and select 'Programme'.

Management buttons

Above the headers are three buttons for you to add new and manage programme items/workshop rounds. To the left is 'Actions', and on the right is 'New session' and 'New workshop round'.

Actions

  • โ€‹Programme tags - Manage the tags that link to your programme items.

  • Import CSV batch - Bulk import programme items.

  • โ€‹List of all subscriptions - View a breakdown of each programme item.

  • โ€‹Export subscriptions - Download the subscription data for each programme.

  • Export program - Download the programme as an Excel file.

Managing programme items (Individually)

Creating a programme item

  1. Click on 'New session'.

  2. Complete the 'session detail' fields as applicable (Any mandatory fields are marked with a *).

4. Complete the 'Connecting sessions' fields as applicable. 5. Click on 'Save changes'.

Editing and deleting programme items

Each programme item has two icons to their right (Under actions):

โ€‹- Edit icon: Click here to make adjustments similarly to when creating a programme item. - Delete icon: Click here to remove the programme item altogether.

Stats

You can view some statistics (Such as the number of subscribed users) for each individual programme item or workshop round. To find those statistics:

  1. Next to your programme item/workshop, click on(Under the stats column).

Workshop rounds

Workshop rounds are a feature that allow you to group programme items that start at the same or within a certain time period. A workshop round is added to the days schedule, and users can then check the workshop round see the different programme items they can subscribe to within that round.

  1. Click on 'New workshop round'.

  2. Complete the Workshop Round details' section as applicable (Fields marked with a * are mandatory).

4. Complete the 'Connecting workshop rounds' section as applicable. 5. Click on 'Add workshop round'.

Connecting programme items

  1. Create a relevant programme tag (As described in the tags tab here)

  2. Create/edit a workshop round (As described above), and link the newly made tag under the 'Connecting workshop rounds' section.

  3. Any and all programme items you created and/or edit that links to the newly made tag, will now nest under that round.

Workshop templates

If your event uses multiple identical workshop round, you can create workshop templates to insert them into your schedule in bulk. For more information on workshop templates, click here.
